CodeKickOff helped a lot of people integrate different CSS grids systems with HTML5 Boilerplate and WordPress. It also created lots of headaches because I wasn’t able to keep the external libraries up to date.

This is a WordPress theme that uses Twitter Bootstrap. I haven’t used it before but it comes highly recommended by a friend.
